Shipping policy

Where your order ships from

Corvane Home is an independent online store operated from Malaysia. We do not run our own warehouse. Every order ships directly to you from one of our supplier fulfilment partners. Some of those partners hold stock inside the United States; the rest ship internationally. Each product page states which applies to that item.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on all orders shipped within the United States. There is no minimum order value. We currently ship to United States addresses only.

Delivery times

Items marked as shipping from a US warehouse: usually 5-10 business days after dispatch.

All other items: most orders arrive in 2-4 weeks.

Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days. Tracking is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. If tracking has not moved after 10 days, email us and we will chase it or reship at no cost to you.

Customs, duties, and import charges

Items that ship from a US warehouse carry no additional import charges. For items shipped directly from an international supplier, US customs duties may be collected by the carrier on delivery. These charges are set by US customs, are outside our control, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
