Shipping

Where do you ship? Across the United States.

How much is shipping? Free on every US order — always, no minimum.

How long does delivery take? It depends on the item, and every product page states which applies to it. Items that ship from a US warehouse usually arrive in 5–10 days. Everything else ships from an international supplier and most orders arrive in 2–4 weeks; we quote up to 5 weeks so it is never a surprise. Orders leave the warehouse in 1–3 business days either way. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships, and if anything runs past the estimate on its page, message us and we'll chase it.

Will I be charged import fees? Sometimes. Items shipped from international suppliers can attract US customs duties, collected by the carrier on delivery. These are set by US customs, are outside our control, and are the recipient's responsibility. Items that ship from a US warehouse carry no additional import charges. If you'd like us to check a specific item before you order, email hello@corvanehome.com and we'll find out for you.

Returns & problems

It arrived broken or a part is missing. Email a photo within 7 days and we'll send a replacement free — no need to return anything.

I changed my mind. Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund you in full. In most cases you won't need to ship anything back — we don't think you should pay international return postage. We just ask that you tell us what didn't work, so we can do better.

Tracking hasn't moved. Give it 10 days, then message us — we'll chase it or reship.

Our products

What do you sell? Warm, considered lighting: candle warmer lamps, table and bedside lamps, wall lights, and night lights and projectors. We keep the range small on purpose.

Are the photos accurate? Yes. We use real product images and honest specs — dimensions, materials and bulb types are listed on each product page.

Do lamps include bulbs? It varies by product — each listing states whether a bulb is included and which type it uses.

Payment & security

We accept major credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are processed securely; we never see or store your card number.
