Corvane Home Returns & Cancellations Policy

Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of purchase. After that window, your order enters processing with our fulfillment partners and can no longer be cancelled or modified.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll send a free replacement or full refund — no need to return the item.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Not happy with your purchase? Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund you in full to your original payment method — and in most cases you won't need to ship anything back. We don't believe in making you pay international return postage. We simply ask that you tell us what didn't work, so we can do better.

Non-Returnable Items
Final sale and clearance items are not eligible for refund unless damaged or defective on arrival.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
